Lyra Miragrace Flores Bisnar

Lyra is a partner at Kelvin Chia Partnership’s regional offices, and is a member of our Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia practice groups.

Based in Singapore after having resided in Myanmar since joining our regional network in 2015, her portfolio of work includes mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and a myriad of commercial contract and corporate issues. She is experienced in assisting clients in their investment projects in the ASEAN region across various sectors, including energy, tourism, banking and finance, telecommunications, infrastructure and real estate development, distribution and retail, agriculture, special economic zones, and the INGO/NGO field.

Lyra was recognized as a Notable Practitioner of Corporate M&A by Asialaw.
