Jasmine is a versatile disputes resolution lawyer who has an active practice in both commercial litigation and arbitration, and family law. She is adept at working with clients from diverse backgrounds and industries.
In the area of family law, Jasmine has acted in contentious matrimonial matters relating to the division of matrimonial assets and children’s care arrangements. She has also worked with counsel from foreign jurisdictions to determine the appropriate forum for divorce proceedings, assist in the enforcement of foreign Court orders and to prepare nuptial agreements.

- Acted for opposition party members in a matter which raised novel issues on the duties of town councillors and where a five-judge panel of the Court of Appeal overturned several findings made by the High Court against the opposition party members: How Weng Fan and others v Sengkang Town Council and other appeals [2023] 1 SLR 707 and [2023] 2 SLR 235
- Acted for a US company carrying on the business of aircraft sales and leasing in relation to an aircraft purchase agreement before the Singapore International Commercial Court and the Court of Appeal: CSDS Aircraft Sales & Leasing Inc v Singapore Airlines Ltd [2022] 1 SLR 284; [2022] 5 SLR 1; [2023] 2 SLR 91
- Acted for a major Russian bank in an appeal involving a novel issue as to whether the Court has the power to order a party other than the company to bear the fees and expenses associated with the company's liquidation: AnAn Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd v VTB Bank (Public Joint Stock Company) [2022] 1 SLR 771
- Acted for an investment holding company in an SIAC arbitration involving claims of misrepresentation and breaches of warranties in a S$160 million M&A transaction in the healthcare sector
- Acted for an international lifestyle brand in objecting to a moratorium application and a pre-packaged scheme of arrangement application brought by its tenant
- Acted for private equity firms in a contested winding-up application of a company with shareholding in a global luxury tea brand founded in Singapore
