Ignatius Chua

As a partner in the firm’s Corporate Department, Ignatius advises clients on a broad range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, and general corporate and commercial law. He also has particular experience in employment law and data protection compliance. 

In addition to his core Singapore practice, Ignatius plays an active role in the firm’s regional practice groups. He regularly supports clients with cross-border legal matters in Vietnam, working closely with the firm’s locally qualified lawyers to provide coordinated, jurisdiction-specific advice.
