Co-Authored the Singapore chapter of Chambers Global Practice Guide: Enforcement of Judgments 2023
Von Roll Asia Pte Ltd v Goh Boon Gay and others [2017] SGHC 82
Bryan successfully represented a Swiss based multi-national company in its claim for damages resulting from a conspiracy to defraud procured by an ex-director of the company along with certain agents and distributors that were previously contracted by the company. The High Court’s decision paved further ground in the area of unlawful means conspiracy and also examined novel principles of law relating to whether a court may order an account of profits as a remedy against a dishonest assistant.
Moller, Ross Earle v Geyer Environments Pte Ltd [2021] SGHC 215
Bryan successfully represented a high net-worth individual in his claim against his former employers for various outstanding salaries as well as performance incentives. The matter involved, amongst other things, a complex analysis on a substantial number of financial documents the employers had claimed were deliberately misstated as well as an application of both Singapore and Australian employment and company laws.
