Jia Yi drafts commercial contracts and provides practical legal advice to address corporate issues, dealing with matters involving joint ventures, investments, fund management and non-disclosure agreements, with a focus on corporate real estate.
Her corporate real estate portfolio includes all property-related advisory work, leasing of commercial, industrial and residential properties, licencing, project financing, as well as sale and leaseback property transactions. She routinely represents major landlords and tenants, real estate investment trusts, building owners, financial institutions, government-linked entities and property funds.
