Min Min Ayer Naing is Kelvin Chia Yangon Limited’s corporate affairs manager. She was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in 1993 and joined the firm in 1996. She received a Diploma in Business Law in 2001, Diploma in Maritime Law in 2002 and Diploma in International Law in 2005. She obtained the Master of Business Law (M.A.) Business Law in 2006. She has been working with Kelvin Chia Yangon Limited for 9 years and is experienced in the registration of documents, incorporation of companies, and corporate secretarial services. She currently handles trademark registration matters, and assist with the incorporation of companies and the conduct of due diligence exercises and assist with preparing on advice on various aspects of investment and commercial business.
