Nimol Seng is based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. She holds a Bachelor Degree of Law (Faculty of Law in Cambodia) and a Master of Law Degree from the Build Bright University, Phnom Penh and is a member of the Cambodian Bar Association.

Nimol is a key member of the Cambodian practice group that provides legal, business advisory and government liaison services to foreign companies for the structuring of investments, the setting up of companies and other business entities and the securing of appropriate business, project and investment licenses from regulatory authorities in Cambodia. Nimol has experience in a range of investment advisory, banking and finance and commercial matters and speaks English and Khmer.
