Before joining Kelvin Chia (Thailand) Ltd., Angie worked as a legal consultant at Dej-Udom & Associates Law Office, a well established firm established by the President of the Lawyers Society Council of Thailand. Thereafter, she gained further legal experience at Minter Ellison (Thailand) Ltd, an international law firm with headquarters in Australia. As a result, Angie has over 10 years of practice experience working with major law firms in Thailand.

Angie’s experience includes the conduct of due diligence exercises, the rendering of advisory work for the obtaining of business licenses, permits and approvals, and contract drafting. She is well versed with civil and commercial laws, corporate and company law (with a particular focus on private company law and limited public company law), mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactions as well as with laws regulating the establishment and governance of foreign business operations for majority owned foreign owned entities. She has also undertaken intellectual property registration and immigration matters for the firm's clients.
