Having been involved in intellectual property applications and registrations for several years, Anh has extensive experience in dealings with the National Office of Intellectual Property of Viet Nam (NOIP). Anh has developed particular expertise in the areas of, and procedures involving the registration of, trademark, patent, and industrial design. Further, Anh has handled the entries of various foreign patent applications into Viet Nam’s national phase under the Patent Cooperation Treaty, as well as appeals to the NOIP concerning its refusal to register certain trademarks under the Madrid system.

Anh is now working at our Hanoi Office.
