Huong has more than seven years of legal practice with focus on investment and corporate law and land and real estate business law. Significantly, she has been engaged in legal consultancy work for several large-scale foreign invested projects in real estate in Vietnam. Her experience includes legal research, drafting, reviewing and rendering legal advice on foreign investments, corporate and commercial matters, land and real estate projects, dispute resolution and settlements, labour, securities laws and tax.

Huong has an in-depth understanding of the World Trade Organization investment regime as applied to Vietnam. She has completed a postgraduate course with a thesis entitled “Dispute Settlement Regime of the World Trade Organization under the View of Developing Countries”.
