Prior to Rosalie’s engagement as a foreign legal advisor, she was an associate in one of the leading law firms in the Philippines. Her practice involved both corporate and litigation work. Her corporate experience ranges from doing general corporate transactions to special projects. She has assisted foreign investors conduct business in the Philippines and has prepared compliance requirements for corporations and individuals for submission to various government agencies such as the Securities and Exchange Commission, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, Bureau of Internal Revenue and Local Government Units. Rosalie has rendered legal advice to both Philippine and foreign clients on a wide range of legal issues, including issues relating to energy and power, banking and finance.

Rosalie also has experience in commercial transactions such as project refinancing and has assisted in the sale of non-performing loans and real and other acquired properties of a financial institution to a special purpose vehicle.

She has appeared before Philippine Courts and handled cases dealing with aviation law, criminal law and civil law.

Rosalie earned her Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Ateneo de Manila University and graduated with second honors. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2007.
