Cui Yu has been actively involved in the drafting and reviewing of a range of commercial agreements, including sale of goods agreements, employment contracts, and investment and shareholders agreements. As a member of the mergers and acquisitions division, she has been exposed to a variety of local and cross-border deals and has also taken part in legal due diligence exercises in connection with acquisitions transactions in Singapore.

Cui Yu has also had experience in advising on securities regulation in Singapore, and is currently developing a growing expertise in the establishment of offshore funds and conduct of private equity offerings.
