Kok Chye is a consultant with vast experience in real estate transactions. He has acted for developers in projects, purchasers of units under development and where separate title have been issued, worked closely with the various committees appointed by the subsidiary proprietors for en bloc sales, subdivision of properties and change of use. In an effort to improve the services to our clients, he is developing the templates under a document assembly program for property transactions which will ensure greater efficiency and accuracy. He has also extensive experience in drafting banking facility documentation, joint venture and commercial agreements, advising on corporate structuring and restructuring, and providing corporate secretarial services for several major clients and has several years of experience in all forms of civil litigation including but not limited to commercial transactions, property related disputes and building contracts.
