Nicholas obtained his law degree from the University of Leicester in England and was called to the Bar of Singapore as an advocate and solicitor.  He practiced as a litigator from 1997 to 2001 representing clients in legal proceedings on a broad range of commercial disputes and tortious claims.
 
Nicholas has been practicing corporate and commercial law for the past 20 years and is currently a senior consultant specialising in the following areas:
