Ningrum graduated from the prestigious University of Indonesia with a Bachelor’s degree in Law in 2004 and has practiced law since then. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as an associate in one of Indonesia’s leading commercial law firms for almost five years. Ningrum passed the Indonesia Bar Examinations (PERADI) in 2009.

As a lawyer in Indonesia, she has advised local and international clients in a variety of practice areas including banking, restructuring, engineering and construction, general commercial matters, as well as investment law in Indonesia. Ningrum is well-versed in the oil and gas industry in Indonesia, having been seconded for three years as a legal consultant in PT Perusahaan Gas Negara for the Construction and Procurement of the South Sumatra West Java Gas Pipeline Project.

As part of the firm’s Corporate and Commercial Department and a key member of its Indonesia practice group, Ningrum is well-positioned to assist clients in a wide range of corporate and commercial matters relating to Indonesia, including joint ventures and foreign investments, mining, mergers and acquisitions, finance and banking, engineering and construction.
