Alex is responsible for managing relations with the firm’s Korean clients and he proactively assists Korean businesses with their investment activities in Asia.

Alex has traveled widely throughout the Asian region and has provided extensive non-legal support to many Korean conglomerates in respect of many of their high value investments and cross-border transactions. This has given Alex the unique opportunity to understand the different commercial approaches in terms of doing business and structuring business transactions in the Asian region. With his business background, and his experience, he stands in good stead to render effective support to our Korean clients in their investments, by sharing his know how of local country business conditions and business issues, particularly with respect to Vietnam and Cambodia.

His key asset is his ability to understand and grasp complex business transactions and to bridge cross cultural and language differences.
