Le Nhat Phuong Lan has been involved in, and provided legal services to, various foreign invested projects and local enterprises in Vietnam. Lan has significant working experience in re-organizing and restructuring several enterprises in Vietnam, both domestic and foreign. Furthermore, Lan has developed signficant experience in matters relating to customs and tax and has considerable hands-on experience working with governmental and local authorities, and the business community.
