Giao has over six years of experience as a practicing lawyer in Vietnam. She also has in-house experience, and uses all of her legal experience to great effect by providing creative solutions to complex and difficult problems.

Since joining Kelvin Chia Partnership, Giao has worked on various projects, many with a banking and finance focus. She has become well versed in this area of law, and helps to lead our Ho Chi Minh City Office, and works directly with our Singapore office, on complex Vietnam banking and finance matters and issues. Other areas that Giao actively advises on are foreign investment, general investment advisory, employment and labor law, commercial litigation, and real estate.
