Prior to joining Kelvin Chia Partnership, Linh Lan had more than seven years of legal practice in both leading law firms as an associate and international companies as an in house counsel. Linh Lan has intensive experience in various aspects of corporate and commercial matters related to foreign and local investments in Vietnam as well as supporting her clients with legal issues that arise when they establish their business operations in Vietnam. Linh Lan has also advised clients on dispute resolution settlement in relation to contracts and commercial transactions, and has developed a particular expertise in real estate, labour and litigation matters.

Linh Lan has an in-depth understanding of international trade law, obtaining a certificate from the U.S-Vietnam Trade Council and the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association. She has also completed an arbitration and mediation course hold by the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (SIArb) in Ho Chi Minh City.
