Leung is a Corporate Affairs Executive at KCP Cambodia who understands Cambodia’s unique business culture and has extensive experience advising foreign and domestic investors on Cambodian legal issues and working with various governmental ministries to further clients’ objectives.
Leung’s practice focuses on labour and corporate matters. He has advised companies on all aspects of labour compliance and regularly handles, drafts and advises on the registration of companies and employees with the Ministry of Labor, working permits for foreign employees, internal work rules, employment contracts and labour disputes. Leung has also worked on a number of corporate projects involving real estate transactions, project finance, joint ventures and commercial transactions.
Leung is now pursuing his Ph.D., in private law, holds a master’s degree in business and labour law from the Institute of Lyon Labour Studies, University of Lumiere Lyon 2 in France and holds LLB degrees in law from the University of Lumiere Lyon 2 and the Royal University of Law and Economic Science in Phnom Penh.
Leung is fluent in Khmer, English and French.
