Jian Fu, an attorney qualified to the Chinese Bar, is based in Cambodia and is a member of our team of lawyers which has local knowledge and understanding of the legal and commercial environment in Cambodia.

Jian Fu in particular, works closely with Chinese clients of the firm. Owing to his in-depth understanding of Chinese businesses, he is well positioned to assist Chinese clients with their transactions in Cambodia. He is well versed with the investment framework in Cambodia and this familiarity, coupled with his aptitude in seeking practical solutions, ensures that he is able to effectively guide clients through the difficulties of investing and doing business in Cambodia. In this regard, Jian Fu is able to draw on his past work experience in China (including the time spent working with a Chinese state-owned mining company) and the collective experience of the firm’s international team of attorneys and business consultants based not only in Phnom Penh, but also in Singapore.

Jian Fu is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, English, and is able to effectively communicate in French.
