We also advise large reputable insurance companies on the statutory and regulatory regimes in Singapore and offers inputs on policy wording / drafting language for various types of insurance policies.

With a legal practice spanning more than 25 years, Sarjeet Singh heads our Insurance practice group. Sarjeet brings his substantial experience in civil litigation, road traffic and industrial accident claims, and criminal law, where he has had many reported decisions for the cases he handled. For more than the past decade, he has likewise focused on insurance claims and represented many insurance companies in accident claims and policy disputes, including a listed company in connection with an insurance policy dispute.
